MokitaGrit’s education department caters for a wide range of needs. Youth Director, Ben Murray-Watson is able to design theatre workshops that will bring something fresh and creative to well trodden subject matter. 

By working alongside top theatre professionals, we would be bringing the best talent into your schools and exposing your children to the very best creative forces in the business as well as inspiring them in subjects that they previously may have struggled with.  

Creative learning is a hugely powerful tool in educating young people. It provides an expressive outlet not usually found in the classroom and allows and encourages children to explore often difficult issues and problems in a safe, challenging and above all, fun environment. 

Ben is also Artistic Director of MokitaGrit Youth Theatre for 8 – 12 year olds, currently based at the Theatrical Agency, BreakALeg Management’s space in Packington Square, Islington. Our emphasis here is on building upon local community theatre in connection with a professional, established and award winning theatre production company all the while involving both parents and teachers in the creative development of their children.
